The JRES 2019 app is available for Android and IOS. It provides all program information, authors, contributions, exhibitors, site maps and shortcuts to Facebook and Twitter pages.
It geo locates the sessions and stands of exhibitors.
Finally, it proposes the function “my visit" which notes and reminds you of the sessions, articles, authors and exhibitors you choose.
To login, you can use the identifiers that have been communicated to you by email.

Badges / Sécurity
Your registration confirmation with its bar code will be required to collect your badge at the reception.
Throughout the conference, badge wear is mandatory to access all conference rooms, meetings, lunches and the exhibition area.
The badge will be required for each access to the exhibition center and convention center of Dijon. It will allow you to move freely in the building.
Catering
Lunches are included in the JRES registration fee. They will be served on the lobby floor, part exhibition grounds.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom is available at the opening hours of the congress, in the immediate vicinity of the conference reception.

Exhibition
The JRES 2019 occupational exhibition is located within the exhibition grounds, hall 2.

During the whole event a reception desk / information is open for any request to the exhibition and congress center of Dijon.
The reception of the congress takes place by the entry of the Great Dukes of the West, Avenue of the Great Dukes of the West.Opening time

Luggage
Luggage storage is available in addition to the cloakroom in the immediate vicinity of the conference reception.
Meeting
Meeting rooms can be booked on site. Some are equipped with videoconferencing equipment.
Go to the info point at the conference reception to check availability.
Memories
An ephemeral shop with regional products will be mounted at the conference reception, Thursday, December 5 afternoon and Friday, December 6 morning.
Parking
Free parking is available on site, Avenue des Grand Ducs d'Occident.
Pass Transport
A 4-day pass that will give you access to Dijon Métropole's urban transport package is given to you in your welcome bag, after having removed your badge.
Power zone
Charging stations are available at the locker room to charge computers, phones and tablets. You can leave your device against a deposit ticket.
Pre-projection
All presentations are projected directly from the control room.
All speakers are invited to come to the Program Committee office, located at the conference reception desk, to preview, check and possibly correct their presentation at least 2 hours before their session.
Printing of documents
Two balck and white laser printers are available near the self-service stations.
Relaxation area
A space dedicated to exchanges (posters, relaxation, self-service stations) is organized in the hall of the large Echezeaux, part convention center.
Security
For any intervention request, a security PC is open in the immediate vicinity of the reception.

Self-service stations are available in the hall of the large Echezeaux.
Transport network
The T1 line linking the SNCF station to Quetigny serves the exhibition and congress center (Auditorium or Poincaré stop). Travel time between station and auditorium stations is 8 minutes.

Wi-Fi
The “Eduroam" service is distributed throughout the exhibition center and convention center.
Use your school account (if it’s a member of the Eduroam community) or your JRES account to sign in.
To create a JRES account:
- Take his registration number (on the back of your badge)
- Go to https://pass.dijon.jres.org
- Enter your username and an email will be sent to your registered email address
- Click on the received URL
- Change your password and validate
- Connect to the SSID eduroam with your ID (registered number) and your password
